I work for One Voice Data with about 9 accounts that are active during my shift. I also asked to be put on their other platform which gives me about 3 or 4 more accounts. I don't really use it but it's nice to have the option. I run out of work occasionally but it's nothing like the old days of MModal where it would be hours or almost the entire shift (of course, you could use PTO to cover which I cannot do now because I'm IC).
I was surprised at the holidays. They were extremely busy. The companies I've worked for in the past were always slow during that time.
