it saves both you and the company a lot of time. In a simple conversation, you can immediately get a read on how you will be treated. Has worked quite well for me every single time. There are way too many on this board that think they have the answer for all, based on their experience...maybe they were the problem and not the employer(s), company, as evidenced by the poster above with a crappy attitude...sure sounds like she and her attitude is a big problem.
