If you would refuse to work for them and their bad pay either things would change or they would possibly go out of business or at least stop offering "jobs" in this country and then you'd have to admit that medical transcription is done for and move on. Stop helping them out. They don't deserve it. They are scum. You deserve better than this. Particularly the lousy pay and any pay-docking. Just quit.
