I have recorded every detail of all those years. My resume is 3 pages long. Whether the prospective employer chooses to read all three, two or the first page, is their choice. I will say that it has created positive comments in that they have access to the variety of companies whom I have worked for, including when I had my own business. Lawyers and doctors have multipage CV's, why can't we?
