They actually told me that I needed to buy new headphones because the ones that I have (a $200 pair of Bose noise canceling) were not good enough and that I was "mishearing" things. The QA person even sent me a link with which ones she wanted me to buy! I was like, "I am NOT buying new headphones! The ones I have are perfectly fine!" Needless to say, I quit after about a month. They don't pay nearly enough to put up with that kind of aggravation and abuse.
