There are just way too many red flags here. First, I don't like that he didn't specify when they pay or how frequently they pay. All that he told you was when invoices are submitted, clearly an attempt to dance around the topic of pay schedule and frequency. It SOUNDS like they pay monthly, which is a huge turnoff for most people. Also, the pay is already EXTREMELY low, yet they expect nearly 100% accuracy and will deduct pay for errors, but don't say how much they deduct. His responses couldn't possibly be any more vague.
If anyone has applied for this job or is thinking about doing so, PLEASE think again. This is coming from someone who has been burned in the past by a company who posted an ad extremely similar to this one. Everything about this screams SCAM and this company should not be trusted.
