You must be new here. First of all, it is a clearly stated rule and requirement of this board that you MUST include the pay rate when posting a job. Secondly, your expectation of 99% quality is outrageously absurd unless, of course, you are willing to pay top dollar for the sort of quality you are asking for. In case you were not aware, 98% is the standard expectation of quality in this industry. This has been the standard for decades. Thirdly, nobody on this board is going to fall for your "fill out the form and we'll get back to you with the details" garbage. Too many of us have been burned by people like you. Either abide by the rules of this board like everyone else and post the pay rate on your ad or take it down immediately.
