I havent seen where the poster asks the person to DISCLOSE any really PRIVATE information.
Only a simple line rate number is what someone is asking. If it's different for everyone's skills or account or whatever, then maybe the decency to say so would be nice.
Even the difference of one cent might be someone's decision to even apply or not because someone said good pay. What one considers good might be not what someone else would want.
Why dont you... Lighten up on the histrionics.
