This is actually a pretty large company. I have been working here for just over 2 years and have never had a check bounce. I just think that the owner is VERY old school and set in his ways. This company has been around since the 1960s. Yes, we all wish they had direct deposit and I have vocalized this to them more than once, but I have never had a problem with checks bouncing or anything of that nature.
