When I was there it was 2011 and every jurisdiction is probably different. I didn’t look into going back to school because I got re-hired by the same employer for a different position, but I thought there were funds out there, I remember the mention of Pell Grants. I took some of the free computer classes and thought those were pretty good. Good luck, hang in there.
