2% above the actual coverage cost. With that said I resigned from them over a year ago, never got COBRA information and the idiots kept paying my insurance for 6 more months....which I found out about accidentally when I went to the ER and they billed them in error but it was paid...so it was still being paid by them and of course I wasn't paying the "employee share" portion since I wasn't on payroll. Just another fine example of the incompetence of that organization. I could have gotten them into trouble for not sending the COBRA information as they are required by law to have you sign whether you accept or decline it but I didn't want to deal with them jerks for anything.
Sorry you got fired but at least you're out of that ridiculous place.
