Soooo many people have the same story of only working - a few days and being let go

We aren't all lying like you want people to believe. You haven't been sued yet because most people don't want to spend the money for court costs for just a few bucks made over a 3-5 day period. It may happen one day, though. Some people don't need to work for the money and some just want something to do, so they may actually decide to take you to court for not paying them for services provided. You should consider paying everyone in the future just in case.

Your pay is laughable because you don't pay for spaces. It's about what everyone is paying except other companies aren't rude and condescending.

When learning a new platform and new accounts and dictators it can take a little time, and people should be given a chance and time to complete the jobs. The archives speak for themselves on the way this company has treated very experienced MTs. A family oriented company does not let people go with 30-40 years of experience after a few days. What is going to eventually happen is that you will run out of decent MTs to hire and you'll be left with none. Maybe that's what is happening now since you came here with this post. Good luck. lol
