IC or employee?? they dont know the difference - see message

I love how they are requiring a certain shift- certain hours, and then have the nerve to tell you that you have to work on the weekend. Employee or IC? Humm They do not know the difference. Also if you dont meet a certain number of lines, they terminate. Proceed with caution.
