Constantly changing acct specs, but never bothered to let the MTs know. Owner thinks she is God's gift to the MT world, but made lots of mistakes. If you question anything - you are unloaded on...she is a very sarcastic, nasty, arrogant *itch.

They always claim they are growing, but they cannot keep good MT help because of the *itch, and their turnover seems to be very, very high.
She was so nasty, I left without having another job to go to. Could not stand her condescending, snotty emails and comments. I found another job in less then 3 days.

Never regretted leaving so fast and without notice. NO ONE has the right to treat anyone with the degradation that so many of these owners of the MTSOs think is acceptable -- especially when these are the very people putting money in the MTSOs pockets.
