No, they aren't fair or decent. Both of the owners are narcissistic nasty nitwits. I worked there for 3 days - my QA score was 100% then the whackjob owner who was doing the QA marked me down on a report, even though I followed their specs to the tee, because "in this case, it would be blah-blah-blah." Like I'm supposed to read her mind and decide on that particular report to not follow their lengthy specs! When I replied with the fact that I followed the specs, they ganged up on me, calling me "nasty" and that was one of the nice things they said. They couldn't get enough of abusing me - sent me about 5 emails about it - bizarre and whackadoodle! Absolutely nothing nice or fair about them.
