Wish you had checked in with us BEFORE spending money on a course.
Fact of the matter is, no place is going to hold your hand and train you. If your course is worth their salt, they will guide you on how to get started. Problem is, no MT school is worth their salt anymore.
If you actually had instructors, ask them what you should do.
Anyway, I started off in a small clinic doing neurology. The course I had taken was well rounded, so I had all the specialties, including surgeries and procedures, and moved on to acute care working for a national agency. Those have gone down the tubes, too.
I would recommend you read the archives here, and I hope you didn't spend a lot on that course.
