OMG. This was the worst company I ever worked for. First, they subcontract from Nuance (YUCK!). I was told to ask QA if I had questions. Did that with one person, who was downright nasty. When I told my manager about her and copied our conversation for her to see, she said I had been "harsh"??? Wish you could see it for yourself.
From that point on she was complaining about anything and everything. That was also when I started working full time for them vs previous part time. One account had 70 pages of instructions and they were upset because you don't get it all in 2 days. Half the things wrong aren't in the instructions and the manager doesn't even realize that. In fact, she had me confused with other people when I first applied and talked to her, didn't remember our meeting time, all kinds of weird stuff.
