They asked all these personal questions that make you feel they "care". LoL. Once I went from part-time to full-time my "manager" started complaining about anything and everything nonstop. One account had literally 70 pages of instructions and god forbid you didn't get it all in 2 days. One QA staff was downright nasty when asking them a question. Nuance audits. Also note, they say you get "fines" for errors, but realize that probably isn't legal at all. Overall, horrible place. You don't want to work for anyone who subcontracts from Nuance if you can avoid it.
