I'm glad that someone else here knows exactly how it is! Patients are not happy with you most of the time and doctors are complaining, so you're in the middle of all of that, AND the paperwork is just so time consuming that you don't have time to really be a nurse.

Then you have the backstabbing employees and little clicks or maybe it's only one person who likes to cause drama, but one is enough honestly. I enjoy working at home in my own little world and not having to deal with all of that BS.
