I bet N just sits back and laughs and watches how these companies vie for their work. The thing is, someone is making money and it ain't us. Nuance obviously is, the owners or whatever you want to call them are and what little bit that is left goes to he MTs.

Nuance and MM have just about phased out employees altogether, so that is more money for them as well, without taxes, benefits, PTO.

You are correct though, nothing is guaranteed and no loyalty, as if there ever was in the past 20+ years.
