I worked for Precision for a while. The work was come and go - sometimes there, most of the time not. I got tired of sitting around waiting for work. You HAD to be on multiple accounts to have any work. Of course, multiple hospital accounts means slower production in order to learn all the specs of which they are EXTREMELY picky - not necessarily Precision, but definitely NUANCE to whom those accounts really belong.
No one ever asked me where I was, what was wrong, why I wasn't working. I just kept seeing new ads for MTs.
You're nothing now for these companies, absolutely nothing. They just run ads and replace you.
