The autopsies won't even touch acute care. Radiology won't really, either, except for some internal anatomy and perhaps other terminology.

I fear you won't find someone to mentor you in acute care. Neither of those specialties touch any clinic meds, hospital meds, surgery reports, surgery equipment/needles/suture names, procedures, infectious disease terminology, and things like that.

FYI: Career is down the tubes, anyway. The ship has sailed. If you can find a job in the specialties you mentioned, I would just stick with it at this point. Better yet, get out of the field completely.
