Three years ago, I just couldn't stand it any longer working as an MT. I had had enough. I found a PT job outside of MT and never looked back, but I still do it for supplemental. I always seem to have a credit card to pay off. Just had an eye exam to the tune of $500.00 and if I order more glasses, it will be more, so that is where the money goes, although it will probably take me a couple of months to pay it off.
That is all this job is good for any longer. I feel for the MTs who have to rely on it for their main source of income. I know there are many who are unable to work outside the home and believe me I have been there. Once I finally had to break away and find something else I did, but it wasn't easy at first, but I was persistent, because I knew coming back to MT full time was a train wreck.
In a way, I wish all of these lousy companies would go under, but again, I need it to pay my CC bills, so I endure. I worked for MM a few years ago and I have never hate a company as much as I did this one.
