That is now how i do it, and I do not get errors. In the scenario above, I would put 10:02 to 10:14.
Make sure to click out of the time box after you have input your time before clicking the plus sign (click anywhere on the page that doesn't have any clickable areas). If I don't do this step, I will get a red box with an error no matter what time I put in.
