Read the posts from other people in regard to my "advocacy" and other bull. Those are lies. This is why I'm not on any social media sites and why I will no longer be on this site. UGLY, ANONYMOUS BULL! The lawsuit is still there. She paid what she owed me to block me from a class action suit on back pay but I'm still suing for "fraudulent inducement of employment" for hiring me for a 35-hour a week job in January when she hadn't paid people since November. I could still certify it for class on that cause of action but no one seems to be taking me seriously so why should I? There's a reason lawyers make so much money - it's a lot of work. I have no problem helping others who actually appreciate it but I'm not going to continue to try to compete with some psycho who gets off on bullying a grown woman. I asked people to contact me if KS owed them money and NO ONE DID! I CANNOT MAKE UP NAMES AND DOLLAR AMOUNTS for people - I HAVE TO TAKE FACTS TO COURT! To be able to do what I do, I have to sit here and READ, READ, READ, AND THEN READ SOME MORE! For me to certify this for class WITHOUT YOUR HELP, I would have to subpoena her employment records and payroll and search for the criteria I need. Furthermore, this lawsuit has 2 causes of action. I doubt she'll prevail in the first one and it's not just in court, it's also with OCR/HHS. I'm not perfect by any means but I don't lie and I'm not going to revisit a site where people are getting off by lying about me, pretending they know me. LT is the one who has done a great disservice to multiple MTs - not me. Nothing is stopping you from learning how to file your own lawsuit.
