There's a gal who styles herself as some sort of "advocate" for some "victimized" population or other. She spends hours and hours and HOURS on the phone haranguing various companies and agencies. She videotapes it all. It's quite remarkable.
Oh--and people patronizing a business by her house and using its parking lot are stalking her.
