I got paid early and I'm going after FIE for myself. I've decided not to certify for class and quite frankly, I no longer care if anyone else gets the money they're owed by KS or not. Hope when the DOL finally gets around to it she has nothing left and she'll get it away with it and no one will help you at that point.
