In a time long, long ago (at least before speech wreck), hospitals/clinics/facilities used to care about whether or not their dictation systems were working properly and wanted to be told if there was a problem(s). Now that VR has come along and the MTSOs are run by greedy, know-nothings about MT/ME, could care less about the ones doing the work souls, everything is the MT/MEs fault and "WE can hear everything just fine, so what's your problem?" And God forbid if the doctors were to be asked to please pronunciate, slow down, etc., etc.
Sorry you are having such problems. I think anyone who retires from this job should be able to file claims for carpal tunnel, hearing problems, eye problems, mental abuse/anxiety/depression, etc.
