Does anyone have an extra foot pedal that can be used with Express Scribe (Infinity USB)? Or does anyone have any advise on how to fix this problem.
I have had the Express Scribe Program and this Infinity Foot pedal for years. All of a sudden, the foot pedal stopped working properly. I have tried everything to try to troubleshoot this problem. I have rebooted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Express Scribe, reconfigured the foot pedal. It tells me my foot pedal is configured correctly and is up and OK. But, it works for a minute or so and then stops. The problem is it will not auto rewind or even stop when I take my foot off the pedal. I am beyond frustrated!
I don't know if it is Express Scribe or the foot pedal
I will pay for shipping on a foot pedal if anyone has one. I just cannot afford to buy another pedal.
