If it’s medical, the dictator is decent, the audio is clear, and the MT is experienced, it would take around 180 minutes, though probably longer because normal people probably don’t type nonstop for 3 hours straight. The rule of thumb in medical once you are experienced is 15 minutes of audio will take 30, 30 will take an hour and so on. If the dictator is a speed talker, it can amount to twice the pages of a slower one, so it’s going to take longer. So there are variables, but that’s a general guideline.
