There are so many variables. Is it medical or general transcription? How many different account specs do you need to follow or accounts do you need to go in and out of? It would depend on formatting, if the dictators are good, if you're not having to fill in a bunch of demographics or search for doctors in some list for carbon copies.
I had a general transcription that was 40 minutes in length take me 6 hours because of all the formatting and it was verbatim so I had to catch every little uh, uhm, mmhmm, yes, no, and they were talking over one another, so I had to insert that in between. I was brain dead when I finished it. I made 25 dollars to do it, so that was the end of that for me.
