One company I worked for has an entire manual with an actual index on how to fix all the faults in the VDI. Losing sound, no servers available, foot pedal quits working, icons disappearing, and list goes on and on and on. Others have also said they waited at least 24 hours for it to be installed and then can't log in due to password issues. They are constantly losing reports and having to stop and fix something. Sounds ridiculous and counterproductive and I have no idea why anyone would even want to go that route especially since you don't even know how long these places are going to have these accounts. The accounts are there one day and gone the next. It's that crazy.
