value, like Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10, or higher. I was told that VDI did not work with Windows 7 and new people coming on had to upgrade their operating system to at least Windows 8/8.1, 10 or higher prior to having the VDI uploaded. I don't know where you got the idea that Windows 7 was loaded at the same time as the VDI. That's not true. People already had an operating system prior to being hired and having VDI installed. That's why a Belarc scan has to be done to make sure their PC would accommodate the monster program that is VDI. Again, Windows 7 was not installed with the VDI program. What if someone already had Windows 10, was Nuance going to take that away and install a lesser operating system. That makes no sense at all.
