You were hired as part of her game plan, i am sure. Most of us are at least 2 paychecks behind, so instead of paying their MTs their checks, they are doing new hires who are unaware of the lies, pay you on time checks a few times, until they "have you" then you will be like the rest, begging for your checks.
As far as training, it's a joke. You may get lucky to have QA basically tell you what the video or papers say, but that's it and after the crappy so- called training, you are expected to not make errors and know everything. I was given about 100 pages of training material, was shown how to process one report and that was my training. QA is a joke, as is the owner. When you have employees that are unpaid though, they aren't going to be as eager to help or train, as someone that is getting paid would.
