I’m glad they were able to help you, that’s a good question about the VDI. I watch Netflix on Roku and Apple TV and don’t log in and out, I do change my password every few months and they send confirmation emails any time they see new activity with my account to make sure it came from me. I have read about accounts getting hacked; some people share passwords with friends and family so they only have to pay for one account, but that’s different than hacking. Something strange I notice is that sometimes I’ll have titles on my list that I don’t remember adding, I must accidentally click on things when I’m scrolling or I have gremlins. Hope you get the VDI figured out.
