I talked to Netflix customer service - MT66

I called Netflix when I couldn't log into my account and changed all the settings - email, password, etc. I am also going through securing my computer as you suggested. It makes me wonder if it could have something to do with VDI. I know a lot of MTs are paranoid about VDI for that very reason. I wish there was a way to know for sure how it happened.
