If they changed the email associated with your account and changed your settings then they know your login and have already breached your account. I would advise changing all your computer passwords ASAP and notify Netflix customer service, you might need to close that account and start over. Your entire computer has probably been hacked. Run a security scan and contact either your corporate IT or consult a specialist. Don't delay, if you have a virus or worm with a keystroke logger they will be able to see all of your personal information.
