Over the years I have had log ins on my Netflix from all over the country! 11 different states! Make sure you "log out of all devices" then change password and email info. Once that is done just check the devices that are logged into your account every once in a while and if you see another out of state or not your log in just log out all devices and change password again. Had to do that a few years ago and has been all clear since then. Good luck.
