from other BOBs from time to time because of TAT, depending on whatever may be going on there? Maybe that could be the reason for the straight transcription jobs you've had this week? I remember that happened when CS covered for DG some time ago and the system just happened to crash during that time. A lot of TR jobs from the other team came across after the system came back up that needed to be done. It all really is such a guessing game..
