They require you transcribe on their platform, which is clunky and you have to make a ton of edits for 3.5 cpl. You might as well just straight transcribe it; yes, it's that bad.
The QA people are ridiculous. The specs for an account are about 25 pages of this dictator gets this and that dictator gets that.
It's a self-taught platform. The dictators are horrible and the audio is practically inaudible on every file.
She does pay on-time; I guess, that's a biggie right now for everyone.
You'll still run out of work and then you'll have to check back. She does require a schedule since you're a statutory employee.
I made no money and wasted a lot of time there.
