Back in the day, this job had meaning and purpose in providing a service for the best interest of the patients and their care, and we were able to do our jobs well because management supported us in being able to do so. Now, these MTSOs don't care about the patients, much less the MTs trying to do their best all while the wheels are flying off this bus!!
After 38 yrs in this line of work, I doubt it was any real failure on your part...more likely management's failure to provide a reasonable work environment.
