After much research I found they have what looks at first to be a legitimate website. Then I turn off the ad blocker program I have and see ads for a video game with half-naked female characters in the ad.
Not what a reputable business would have.
Also be extremely careful with the ads on Indeed if there's anything with jobscore.com, that's a scam link on the fake job ad to track you.
The burner phone is a valuable idea for your resume, sadly, as mine has been blown up with reminder texts to provide more information as they are holding my 1K Visa gift card for a limited time!
Time to change the number, as I assume texting back STOP or blocking wont do any good.
