If a company is worried about the cost of doing business in a state for their employees, well they aren't doing very well are they? They also shouldn't be advertising countrywide either. This constant overstaffing is their problem. Not only does it damage the psychological well being of their employees, it also discourages learning and is directly related to error rates skyrocketing. Having worked in many industries over the years before MT work, these are some of the dumbest executives I've ever seen or heard of. And they are almost all out of business aren't they?
