MTs are needed more than these companies will ever dare to admit!

What I don't understand is why there's no consideration and appreciation given to the MTs who are still here after so many have already left. If they continue losing more MTs, then it naturally follows that management jobs could be on the line as well. You'd think they would do everything in their power to keep the experienced employees they have left for the next several years, or how ever long they plan to stay in business, rather than having to hire and train new employees over and over again.

Even if they're outsourcing work to other smaller companies, the MTs of today are pretty skilled at all the games being played and will have none of it anymore. They'll quit at the drop of a hat when they find better jobs elsewhere and are really great about warning other MTs which companies to avoid like the plaque...
