The MTSOs are getting desperate and trying to be sneaky. - I wouldnt trust anyone who doesnt SM

list their rate of pay on here or on any FB sites.   That shows the lack of integrity and honesty they have,  not reading or paying attention to the rules. 

Yet they will hold us to very strict quality and production standards and if you dont meet those standards you're told if you're lucky  "I'm so sorry we have to let you go, we cant have someone who is not meeting the standards..." kind of BS.   

Come on, MTSOs.  You read this board and the FB boards.  You know people are fed up with the bait-and-switch tactics you all pull of how wonderful your company is, you're sharing this great opportunity to work for you, how much work you have and how you're all GROWING YOUR BUSINESS DAILY,  so send us a resume, and then after you get everyone's hopes up you state you're only paying piddly.   Grow up and have some integrity, the same kind of integrity you expect and demand from us.  

Some of us are watching names of MTSOs.   We've got the experience and the skill and knowledge you are desperate for, but we're fed up and not selling out to you for piddly.   VBC isn't fair, either, and you know it.   Would you accept 20% less pay for all YOUR work with that 20% effort put into the work????    No.  You're keeping that 20% for yourself and refusing to pay it to the MTs who make the money for you.  You're promising the clients free work on our backs by saying "we're not billing for spaces."   That's sheer stupidity and not good business practice.   

What went around is now coming around, isn't it?   Can't keep those accounts, can you, if you're selling yourselves out cheap just to hook an account, then you got it for piddly, now you can't get any MTs to type for that piddly, so now what?  

I, for one, will not work for any MTSO who doesn't have the decency and integrity to post the pay rate right up front.  

Doesn't matter how many of your employees vouch for how wonderful you are.  If you pull this kind of sneaky, dishonest stunt of not disclosing pay rate - you're despicable and not to be trusted to work for.
