her level of integrity and LACK of honesty, as well as how desperate she is for help.
HBM is despicable and sneaky and thinks she's above the rules.
I believe she read the rules and simply thought she'd sneak that post on there despite the rules and congratulate herself on how clever she is having put one over on everybody.
