Your friends’s comments as a manager are totally unprofessional, managers should never be speaking about employees like that. Maybe the b****ing was justified because the MT issues were never taken seriously and she had issues with listening skills, perhaps she was the one who needed to go. Managers get paid big bucks to handle employee complaints. As far as Dragon and elimination of staff is concerned, HIM managers have very little input in decision making for facility expenditures of that magnitude, they do what they are told by the administrators.
