we are not allowed to use EANW at all even though - sm

we hardly have any work. I sat for over an hour yesterday with absolutely nothing coming in at all, not to mention all the other get a job clock in then no job clock out then get a job clock in then no job clock out. I have never seen it this bad as long as I have been here and that is a long, long time.
