And you should use the Work Availability in Workforce so it is reported appropriately. Work Availability only works for that day. If you have to put NJA on your time card later than the same day, then you select EANJ. The policy is in Inner Circle. If your TSM hassles you, refer them to the policy. It is best if you use the Work Availability function in Workforce, then it is especially hard for them to hassle you.
