I quit KS earlier this year. I only worked for them three months and was fed up. I was able to find several jobs after I left. A few were IC jobs and one was an employee position. The employee position had excellent pay and benefits, but I only worked for them briefly because the schedule was not compatible for my family. So, now I have two flexible IC jobs that pay well and pay on time.
